Restaurant

We buy our produce daily depending on what is available at the markets, from the farms & what has been caught, foraged, shot or hunted. All our meats come from Island farmers all the time, the fish comes from local waters & we use I.O.W vegetables when they are in season. Our milk, cream & butter comes from Island dairy herds, the flour we use in our bread & pastry is from the Island stone ground flour company & our local cheeses come from Richard Hodgeson of the I.O.W cheese company. All our chips are hand peeled, hand cut & triple cooked.
